The response gap
Demand generation is expensive. Slow handoffs make it leak.
More software does not fix a broken operating path. The opportunity is a small, measurable system connecting the tools you already pay for.
Of sales leaders say disconnected systems are slowing their AI plans.

One controlled journey
Seven handoffs. One measurable response clock.
The system is templated around a proven workflow, then adapted to your CRM, lead sources, territories, qualification rules and team ownership.
Capture
Every web form, demo request and qualified inbox enquiry enters one controlled workflow.
Enrich
Company, territory and routing fields are completed from approved data sources.
Score
Clear rules separate high-intent buyers from spam, students and low-fit requests.
Route
The right owner is assigned in your CRM and alerted in the channel they already use.
Acknowledge
The prospect receives a useful, on-brand first response while intent is still high.
Escalate
If nobody accepts the lead inside the SLA, the next owner or manager is notified.
Report
Every handoff, response and missed SLA becomes visible for weekly improvement.

Built for a specific problem
You already have demand. You need the operating discipline to handle it.
This is for B2B businesses where one missed enquiry can be worth thousands. Leads still pass through several disconnected tools and people before getting a useful response.
- 30+ legitimate inbound enquiries each month
- Typical customer or contract value around £5k+
- An existing sales team and working CRM
- More than one rep, region or routing rule
- Leadership willing to define ownership and SLAs
- You primarily need more lead generation
- You have very low inbound volume
- No one can own qualified sales conversations
- You want an unsupervised AI sales agent
- You need a full CRM replacement or migration
A defined service
One lead-response system with a clear scope.
The core journey is fixed. The final configuration is tailored to your approved systems and commercial rules.
Lead-flow audit
Source inventory, response benchmark, ownership map and failure-mode review.
Process blueprint
Approved qualification, routing, response, fallback and escalation logic before build begins.
System build
Client-owned workflows connected to agreed forms, CRM, messaging and enrichment tools.
Safe first response
Approved prospect messaging with clear AI boundaries and human-review paths.
SLA visibility
Alerts, acceptance states, missed-SLA escalation and a practical reporting view.
Managed improvement
Monitoring, fixes and agreed refinements during the first three months after launch.
Working-day implementation guarantee
If the agreed standard integrations are not live in 21 working days, your first management month is waived.
The clock starts once you have supplied the agreed access and approved the process map. Delays caused by third-party approvals, unavailable client systems or changes in scope pause the clock. This is an implementation guarantee, not a revenue guarantee.
Built with the operator
You work with the person who maps and builds the system.
Jack works directly with your revenue and sales operators to map the handoffs, build the workflows and improve the system after launch. The focus is narrow by design: reliable inbound response infrastructure for B2B teams.
The first three implementations will produce the first evidence. Results will be published only with the client’s permission.
About Jack and the operating principlesFounding cohort
Three implementations. Direct founder access. A defined launch price.
The founding cohort exists to create the first documented implementations and harden the delivery system before standard pricing begins.
Founding implementation
- Complete five-minute response installation
- Three months of monitoring and refinement
- Direct access to the founder/operator
- 21-working-day implementation guarantee
- Permission to decline publication of results
Standard implementation
Same defined system, standard commercial rate. Ongoing management continues only while it remains useful and is documented in the client agreement.
Model your inbound opportunityFees exclude VAT where applicable and third-party software, enrichment and usage costs. Final scope is confirmed after the lead-flow diagnostic.

Straight answers
Before you put automation in the middle of a buying journey.
Is this a chatbot?
No. The service fixes the operating path around an inbound lead: capture, qualification, CRM ownership, first response and escalation. A chatbot can feed into that path, but it is not the product.
Do we need HubSpot?
No. The service is CRM-agnostic. Standard modern CRM, form, email and messaging integrations are included in scope; unusual, heavily customised or legacy systems are assessed separately.
Does AI reply to every lead?
Only within an agreed process. We define which enquiries can receive an automated first response, which need human review and what the system may say. Sensitive or ambiguous cases wait for a person.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Workflows are installed for your organisation and managed individually. Client automations are not mixed together in a shared environment.
How quickly can this go live?
The implementation target is 21 working days after you provide the agreed access and approve the process map. If agreed standard integrations are not live by then, the first management month is waived.
What happens after launch?
The managed period covers monitoring, error handling, small routing and messaging refinements, and a monthly improvement review. Larger scope additions are proposed separately before work begins.
Can you guarantee more revenue?
No. Sales outcomes depend on lead quality, offer, team performance and many other factors. The guarantee covers implementation timing. It does not cover revenue. The diagnostic uses scenarios, never forecasts.
